KBP009 - Integration with Intelliflo and Papercloud

The Papercloud app enables users to jump from a single file held within Intelliflo, directly into the client file held within Papercloud.

It is important that you discuss the integration with a member of the Watermark support team before taking action to ensure that duplicate files are not generated in Papercloud.

Open System Settings in Papercloud

NOTE: The "Create New Client Files on Synchronisation" function is currently disabled.

Configuration

"Link Clients to Partner Files on Jump" If ticked when jumping from a file in Intelliflo, it will identify where a relationship has already been established within Intelliflo and will create a single file in Papercloud adding  both parties as Primary and Secondary contacts.

"Allow portal user API access" does not apply to IO integration.
