With organisations trying to move away from paper the resulting electronic structures and naming conventions then used often reflect the individual elements of a file (Correspondence, Cheque, Research.... etc). Within "Template Maintenance" boxes can be created within rows, pre-labelled and the rows locked. When a row is locked boxes cannot then be added or removed
As the boxes will be empty out the outset, i.e no page count shown on the box, they can also be set up with an order to mirror the business submission process and ultimately making file auditing quicker.
In the example below all that is required is for the tab name to be changed in order to reflect the product sale.
