In additional there is a full audit trail for every action taken and because all data is contained within a single database nothing can be lost or permanently removed.

The products can link directly with most back office software you may be currently using and data can be easily transferred across to volume. Searching and retrieving files is easy and can be done form anywhere in the office or even remotely if required, stringent security measures ensure that controlled access and client confidentiality is always maintained.
